Où va le marché des composants électroniques ?
Comme à chaque fin de trimestre AGIGA a réalisé son sondage relatif aux difficultés d’approvisionnement des composants électroniques.
Le T4-2022 confirme encore la tendance d’amélioration ressentie par les services achats. En effet, aux propositions :
- LA SITUATION S’AMÉLIORE : La réponse est de plus en plus positive. Partie de 4% en T1 la confiance bénéficie d’une amélioration croissante depuis et a atteint 20% en T4.
- LA SITUATION RESTE DIFFICILE : Pour autant, c’est la stabilité qui l’emporte encore ce dernier trimestre avec près de 3 votes sur 4.
- LA SITUATION SE DEGRADE : 4 fois moins des avis recueillis constatent une dégradation de la situation. Ce sont toutefois 10% des votes. La tendance constatée aux 2 trimestres précédents se renforce donc en ce début 2023. La perception très majoritaire des acheteurs : « Le marché reste très difficile mais s’améliore progressivement ».
On constate par ailleurs, sur le terrain, que certaines familles de produits, « commoditaires » se sont bien détendues. Les produits plus « propriétaires » restent sous fortes tensions avec des délais toujours supérieurs à 26 voire 52 semaines.
Enfin, de fortes difficultés d’approvisionnement persistent chez certains fabricants chez qui peu d’améliorations sont visibles.
AGIGA reçoit actuellement de grandes quantités de stocks excédentaires en provenance d’industriels. L’un d’entre eux témoigne « C’est le meilleur moment pour réduire ses stocks ». Ces industriels ont raison de mettre à la vente leurs excédents en cette période. Certaines références sont encore très recherchées, les stocks de sécurité sont moins nécessaires, le coût de l’argent a augmenté enchérissant dans les mêmes proportions le coût du stock.
AGIGA est une place de marché qui met en ligne et vend les stocks de composants électroniques. Basée sur un modèle vertueux, direct, transparent et faible coût, AGIGA est le trait d’union local entre industriels.
